The Borough Office and the Police Department offer the convenience of accepting credit cards and electronic checks. MuniciPAY charges the following service fees which will be automatically applied at checkout:

Minimum Service Fee - $3.00
Electronic Check - $1.50 flat rate
Maximum Payment Accepted - $3,000.00 **

Please call the Borough Office to check your account balance prior to issuing any payments.

The 2025 trash and recycling bills will be issued
mid-January. If you do not receive your invoice by February 1st, please contact the Borough Office.
As of July, 2024, the Upper Perk Police Department now accept electronic payments for parking tickets and solicitation permits. See FAQ's for requirements.

updates to your information. Payment history will only include payments made with MuniciPAY from 2023 on.
